ABOUT STRESS JUDO AND
FEEDBACK AND QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BLACK BELT SYSTEM
STRESS JUDO was developed by Rick Carter, a trial attorney for over 15 years and a martial arts student for over 25 years. He noticed that the same techniques he used to stay calm and focused during hard sparring and full contact fights in the martial arts arenas are the same techniques he used to stay calm and focused in the court room. The same observations and creativity he sued to attack the other lawyer's case are the same observations and creativity he used to pierce his opponent's defenses in the dojo. Combining these into a comprehensive stress management system resulted in STRESS JUDO.
The emphasis of STRESS JUDO is turning stress situations into opportunities. This not only helps advance your life in general by having more opportunities to take advantage of, but it virtually eliminates the bad health effects of stress. This is because your body will react to what it perceives as an opportunity positively, whereas your body reacts to stress negatively.

STRESS JUDO COMMUNITY
Thank you for your interest in STRESS JUDO. We are working to develop the community of belt-holders, to work with and train each other in the best practices of stress management. So we have created the following resources, to use the power of the Internet for you to work with each other, and to evolve this System. We freely admit this community development is a work-in-progress, and we will keep you informed via the several methods we have listed.
Visit Stress Judo The STRESS JUDO private social network! This is DEFINITELY a 'work in progress' so please check it often! Also, please contribute to it. The STRESS JUDO Community will work best when it works quasi-anarchically - in other words, when YOU lead it. I will just make sure it stays on point and isn't flooded with spam, advertising, anything offensive, or anything off-topic.

I think FACEBOOK has a lot of tools for community building, but it is also cumbersome at times.
Stress Judo on TWITTER
Twitter is most useful to broadcast blog posts or events. You can also use it to communicate with each other. I personally think it is worthless when it is used for 'drinking a cup of coffee watching my dog play in the yard' garbage. Just my opinion..."
